Park At The Hotel

Simply drive to the hotel and park in the car park. There are regular transfers to and from the hotel, which can be arranged when you arrive. When you are returning, your transfer will take you directly to the hotel at the time you require.

On Arrival

Just drive to the hotel and park in the car park. You can check in from 3pm. Here are your directions to the hotel: From the north: Leave the M25 at junction 14. When the slip road forks, bear right, following the signs for the A3113 - don't take the left fork towards terminal 5. At the roundabout, take the fourth exit towards Poyle and Datchet.

At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Poyle Road. Go straight on at the third roundabout, then at the fourth roundabout, take the first exit into the hotel. From the south: Leave the M25 at junction 14. Keep left, following the signs for the A3113, then at the roundabout, take the first exit towards Poyle and Datchet. At the next roundabout, take the second exit onto Poyle Road. Go straight on at the third roundabout, then at the fourth roundabout, take the first exit into the hotel.

On Departure

You must check out by noon. Your car will stay in the hotel car park while you are away, so all you need to do is transfer to the airport. You can catch the Heathrow Hoppa bus to all four terminals from the hotel. The bus runs from 4.15am to 11.15pm every 20 to 30 minutes and costs £4.50 per person - children 15 and under go free. It stops right outside the hotel. The hotel is about 12 minutes from terminal 5, 10 minutes from terminals 1 and 3 and 15 minutes from terminal 4.

When Returning for Your Car

Just catch the Heathrow Hoppa back to the hotel so you can collect your car. The bus leaves from stop 4 at terminal 1, stops 11 to 13 at terminal 3, the National Express bus stop at terminal 4 and stops 26 and 27 outside the arrivals hall at terminal 5.

Between 11.15pm and 4.15am, when the bus is not running, the hotel can pick you up if you give them a call - the price is £10 from terminal 5, or £15 from terminals 1, 3 and 4. This will be cheaper than getting a taxi from the taxi rank. You'll need to go to reception before you pick your car up, to get an exit ticket for the car park.
